At the start of the course we will spend a solo session ascertaining where you are in your difficulties & what your individual needs are so you can live your sensitivity in a better way.

Every week we explore the main themes & solutions that I have developed for and with hundreds of clients.

Because you are in a group setting you have the unique opportunity to feel validated by the similar experience of the others sensitives with you. There are certain universal ……. to being a sensitive and sometimes just listening to…… is a validating experience.

This inevitably builds confidence & self-esteem every time.

My own sensitivity journey

You and 7 others are going on a Journey to learn all of the most important and most often repeated things i teach in therapy. It is an intimate group of fellow travellers to journey home into your full potential as a sensitive person. To: feel inner security,

You get overwhelmed by others needs and you lose yourself either in your emotions or trying to overthink the problem. Going around in circles, you need to learn to listen to yourself, identifying and using your sensitivity, gain calm distance from your emotions, heal past trauma and become centered. I also want to teach to start listening to the wisdom of your soul, your deepest self.
